A Targeted individual is a person that is being gang stalked and harassed by a group or entity. Different organizations have been targeting individuals for many years. Most individuals are to scared too come forward. In many cases the local police know what is going on and refuse to do anything about it, instead they put it on you and ask what you did to make these people stalk you.

The technologies these groups use are being posted in this website. Bringing attention to the American people that large entities are using mind reading/mind control techniques to destroy their victims while the US government and the police that are supposed to protect us stand by and watch.

The use of these technologies in the USA are illegal but nothing is being done. My private thoughts are just that, they are mine and no one should try and play GOD and invade and manipulate my thoughts as these individuals have. They say they are doing a service for America but in reality they have eroded all of our rights away using this technology. The elite are getting stronger and more powerful due to the fact that any ideas you have for business are stolen the minute you think of them. The government and the elite are trying for world domination using this technology and do not care who they hurt in the process.

Targeted individuals are made out by the entities targeting them as the scoundrel that walk the earth, they tell your friends, neighbors, co-workers, and businesses that you visit lies and or partial truths about you. They degrade you, they use manipulative tactics along with mind reading and mind control technology to tear you down, bankrupt you, and destroy your reputation.
